Family Support and Parenting Assistance

We offer home visits and support services to help at-risk women and their families have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby, with the goal of reducing the infant mortality rate for babies under one year of age. Family support programming includes:

first pregnancy or not. A highly trained Community Health Worker will assist

rehab program or living in a shelter.
